BBC Hit Mini-Series THE SERPENT Coming to Netflix on April 2, 2021

Launching on April 2, 2021, "The Serpent" reveals the real story of serial conman Charles Sobhraj (Tahar Rahim) and the attempts by Dutch Diplomat Herman Knippenberg (Billy Howle) to bring him to justice. Charles' modus operandi is to pose as gem dealers with his girlfriend Marie-Andrée Leclerc (Jenna Coleman) across Thailand, Nepal and India in the mid-70s. and culminating as chief suspects in a series of murders of young Western travellers. 

"The Serpent" premiered on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in the UK on New Years’ Day 2021 and it has been a word-of-mouth sensation and has received 31 million streams across the series to date. The show will be composed of 8 60 minute episodes. Catch the thrilling trailer of "The Serpent" below:
