“WEAPONS” Drops the Creepiest Trailer of 2025 — In Cinemas August 6, 2025

From the twisted mind behind Barbarian comes another chilling descent into the unknown. Writer-director Zach Cregger returns with Weapons, a wholly original horror-thriller set to shake audiences to their core when it hits theaters and IMAX screens on August 6, 2025 in the Philippines courtesy of New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. Pictures.

The mystery begins when an entire class of children vanishes without a trace—except for one. Their disappearance occurs simultaneously, on the same night at 2:17AM, leaving behind questions,, accusations, and a lingering sense of dread. As panic spreads, the close-knit community is left to confront an unimaginable force. 

Leading the film is Josh Brolin and Julia Garner. They’re joined by a talented ensemble that includes Alden Ehrenreich, Austin Abrams, Cary Christopher, Benedict Wong, and Amy Madigan.

Weapons is produced by Subconscious, Vertigo Entertainment, and BoulderLight Pictures. The film will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, arriving in U.S. theaters and IMAX on August 8, 2025, with international releases beginning August 6, 2025.
