WATCH: "Barbie" Teaser Trailer Arrives Mimicking "2001: A Space Odyssey"

Since the beginning of time, since the first little girl ever existed, there have been dolls. But the dolls were always and forever baby dolls.  Until “Barbie”. That is at least what the teaser trailer for "Barbie" the movie presents mimicking the Dawn of Man scene in "2001: A Space Odyssey". Directed by Greta Gerwig, “Barbie” is written by Gerwig and Noah Baumbach.  

Aside from leads Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, the cast will be composed of Simu Liu, America Ferrera, Ariana Greenblatt, Ncuti Gatwa, Issa Rae, Hari Nef, Michael Cera, Emma Mackey, Kate McKinnon, Alexandra Shipp, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Rhea Perlman, Emerald Fennell, Sharon Rooney, Scott Evans, Ana Cruz Kayne, Connor Swindells, Ritu Arya, Jamie Demetriou, and Marisa Abela.
