Watch the Trailer for “THE BLACK PHONE 2” Starring Ethan Hawke and Mason Thames

Dead is just a word. Ethan Hawke is back as the Grabber in Black Phone 2, the sequel to the 2022 hit horror phenomenon The Black Phone. Also reprising their roles are Mason Thames as Finney, the Grabber’s only known surviving victim, and Madeleine McGraw as Gwen, Finney’s sister. Watch the trailer below:

Based on the trailer, it seems like the film will be full-blown supernatural this time around feeling like a twist on the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise. Madeleine McGraw, Jeremy Davies and Miguel Mora return for the film’s sequel. Directed by Scott Derrickson and is written by C. Robert Cargill and Derrickson.

Horror comes back to life as Black Phone 2 arrives in Philippine cinemas on October 15, 2025.
