In the stillness of Baguio’s highlands, there is a love bound by grief that endures time itself. This is the world of The Time That Remains, a haunting supernatural romantic drama from Filipino filmmaker Adolfo Alix Jr., set to premiere on Netflix worldwide on October 16, 2025.

Based on its trailer, The Time That Remains explores the delicate balance between love and loss, mortality and immortality. The film follows an elderly woman and her immortal lover who find their secret relationship threatened when a retiring detective begins investigating a string of deaths connected to their past. What unfolds is not just a mystery, but a meditation on grief, memory, and the human longing for connection that transcends time.
