Oscar Contender "NO OTHER CHOICE" by Park Chan-wook Coming to Philippine Theaters October 29, 2025

After successfully releasing Coralie Fargeat’s acclaimed body-horror masterpiece The Substance in 2024, CreaZion Studios is once again set to deliver a world-class cinematic experience to Filipino audiences. This time, the spotlight turns to South Korean auteur Park Chan-wook with his latest gripping drama, No Other Choice, opening in Philippine cinemas on October 29, 2025.

Led by an all-star cast including Lee Byung-hun and Son Ye-jin, No Other Choice has already captivated critics worldwide. As of this writing, the film boasts a 100% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, hailed as one of Park’s most searing and emotionally charged works. The film is also South Korea's official entry to the Best International Feature Film category for the 98th Academy Awards.

The film follows Man-su (Lee Byung-hun), a paper manufacturing veteran with 25 years of service, who believes he has everything he could ever want: a happy marriage to Miri (Son Ye-jin), two children, and even two beloved dogs. But when he is suddenly laid off, his stable world unravels. Determined to secure a new job, Man-su endures more than a year of failed interviews and odd jobs, ultimately facing the threat of losing his family home. When humiliation at the hands of line manager Sun-chul (Park Hee-soon) pushes him over the edge, Man-su makes a desperate, life-altering choice.
