Finally, the trailer for the "RoboCop" reboot has finally landed. The trailer features how our protagonist Alex Murphy is bombed, survives and eventually becomes a cyborg-human thing to be a symbol to a new movement of drones and robots patrolling the streets. Of special note is how the original RoboCop suit (from the original 1987 film) is actually in the trailer. If you cannot remember, the original was a classic. It would be interesting to know soon how this modern revision would do. In 2028, multinational conglomerate OmniCorp is at the center of robot technology. Their drones are winning wars around the globe and now they want to bring this technology to the home front. Alex Murphy is a loving husband, father and honest cop doing his best to fight crime and corruption in Detroit. After he is critically injured while on duty, OmniCorp utilize their knowledge in robotics to save Murphy's life. Murphy returns to the streets of his city with new abilities and issues a regular man has never had to face before. Catch the trailer of RoboCop after the jump.
